Return Policy

The Company has no obligation to provide refunds or credits, but may grant them, in each case in the Company’s sole discretion. We  want customers to be satisfied with the goods and services they order from our Company. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We believe in treating our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error. 

Please note that certain items cannot be returned in any circumstance including but not limited to cosmetics, undergarments, and confectionary or food items. We will also not refund items if the item has been tampered with. Gift cards and all items that we’ve listed under our “deals” section or marked down are final sale. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

For items that are eligible for return to Perk Hero:

  • Send your item using a prepaid return label to 555 Burrard St Suite 1755, Vancouver, BC V7X 1M9
  • Returns are usually processed within 10-14 business days.

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. We will notify you of any modifications via email, the Perk Hero Platform, our website, or any other method we deem to be reasonable in the circumstances.

Marketplace Items

Marketplace products are products sold by our trusted seller-partners through Perkhero.com or the Perk Hero app.

Because of this, they have their own return policies (specified by each seller), and they cannot be returned to Perk Hero —they must be returned to the seller by mail. To learn how to find a Marketplace seller’s return policies, and how to return a Marketplace product by mail, see below.

Identifying Marketplace products

If you’re not sure if your product is a Marketplace product, check its product page. If it doesn’t say “Sold by Perk Hero”, it’s a Marketplace product.

Where to find a Marketplace seller’s return policies

On the product page for a Marketplace product, select the seller’s name, and find the seller’s webpage. On the seller’s webpage, you’ll find the seller’s return policies or contact information to inquire about their return policy.

Returning a Marketplace product by mail

Marketplace products must be returned to the Marketplace seller by mail, and cannot be returned to Perk Hero.

Before getting a Marketplace mail return request started, make sure your purchase is eligible to be returned by checking the return policies of the Marketplace seller. Please pay attention to the condition a product must be in to be accepted for a return.

Additionally, if a Marketplace product is being shipped to you in multiple boxes, please wait until you’ve received the final box before starting a return request.
